Salad
Preparation time: 15 minutes
5 – 6 lives green salad
3 tomatoes
250 gr. white cheese
15 slices bacon
2 cloves of garlic
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Preparation:
Place green salad leaves on serving dish.
Fry chopped garlic and sliced tomatoes for 10 minutes on low fire. Add salt and pepper at will.
Place fried tomatoes on green salad.
Make cheese cubes. Wrap cheese cubes with bacon. Stick it with tooth peeks.
Fry on same oil until bacon receive red color.
Place cheese and bacon on serving dish.
This recipe goes well with white wine.
