Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time:

150 gr. fresh spinach

60 gr. flour

3 eggs

300 gr. white cheese

2 tea spoons olive oil

1 tea spoon salt

1 tea spoon vegetable spice

½ pack baking powder

50 gr. grinded parmesan

Parsley

Spinach muffins

Preparation:

Chop spinach, salt it and leave it for 10 minutes.

Mix egg yolks with olive oil. Add parmesan, vegetable spice, white cheese and spinach.

Mix everything well. Add flour, baking powder and beaten whites.

Place the mixture into paper muffin shapes and bake it into roasted oven on 180 C for 25 minutes.

Place some parsley on top of each muffin.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

600 gr. squashes

80 – 100 gr. onion

3 cloves of garlic

3 table spoons olive oil

200 gr. red peppers

1 tea spoon vegetable spice

2 tea spoons apple vinegar

Squash appetizer

Preparation:

On heated olive oil, fry chopped onion and peppers.

Add squash rounds and vegetable spice. Mix them and leave the pot on medium fire for 10 minutes.

Add vinegar, little water, sugar and stir for ½ minute.

Place squashes on roast pot and cook it on heated oven on 180 C for 15 minutes.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time:

600 gr. turkey steaks

1 tea spoon flour

2 tea spoons vegetable spice

4 table spoons olive oil

3 tea spoons vinegar

1 tea spoon honey

½ tea spoon mint

Pepper, salt

Turkey steaks with mint

Preparation:

Rub bitten turkey steaks with vegetable spice and fry them until golden color.

Mix vinegar, honey, flour and mint. Pour the mixture on top of the steaks and stew for couple of minutes.

Add half glass water and stew for 10 minutes.

Serve turkey steaks with rice or noodles.

This main dish goes well with white wine.

Cookies

Preparation time: 55 minutes

2 packs vanilla powder

1 pack baking powder

2 tea spoons grinded lemon peel

1 tea spoon grinded orange peel

1 tea spoon cinnamon

75 ml olive oil

2 oranges juice

2 table spoons brandy

250 gr. flour

100 gr. sugar

75 gr. almonds

Brandy cookies

Preparation:

Mix olive oil, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon and orange peel, brandy and orange juice.

Add flour, chopped almonds and baking powder. Leave the mixture on cold for 2 hours.

Place the mixture into greasy baking pot and shape it at will.

Bake it on 180 C for 20 minutes.

Rub the cookies with sugar powder.

This dessert goes well with coffee.

Salad for 4 persons

Preparation time: 40 minutes

500 gr. peppers

500 gr. tomatoes

5 table spoons oil

1 onion

1 tea spoon sugar

1 teas spoon vegetable spice

Salt, pepper

Vegetable fry salad

Preparation:

Cut peppers on stripes and chop tomatoes and onion.

On heated oil fry onion, add sugar, and several minutes after add peppers.

When peppers are softened, add tomatoes and vegetable spice. Leave it on heat until dried.

Add salt and pepper.

This salad goes well with white wine.

Preparation time: 40 minutes

4 chicken legs

150 ml oil

3 tea spoons vegetable spice

4 soup spoons tomato sauce

For the rice:

300 gr. rice

40 gr. butter

50 gr. roasted almonds

Salt, pepper, parsley

Grilled chicken legs with rice

Preparation:

Remove bones from the meat. Rub the meat with vegetable spice and add oil. Leave it in oil for 30 – 60 minutes.

Beat the meat on both sides and roast it on the grill.

Add butter, vegetable spice, almonds, salt, pepper and parsley into cooked rice. Mix everything well.

Serve everything with tomato sauce.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

250 gr. rice

100 gr. bacon

3 table spoons olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

100 gr. onion

200 ml. white wine

1 l water

2 tea spoons vegetable spice

20 gr. grinded yellow cheese

50 gr. roasted almonds  

Parsley

Rice with bacon and almonds

Preparation:

Start to fry chopped onion. Add bacon stripes and rice. Fry for 3 minutes and add wine. Keep it on fire with constant stirring until half of the wine evaporates.

Add garlic, vegetable spice and keep on fire for 15 minutes adding hot water.

Add chopped roasted almonds, parsley and yellow cheese.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for: 6 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

350 gr. corn

150 gr. clean shrimps

1 clove of garlic

1 egg

100 gr. flour

Chili, salt, oil

Corn shrimps

Preparation:

Add shrimps, egg, flour, chili, salt and garlic into corn. Mix everything well.

Partly take from the mixture with table spoon, and place it into heated oil for deep frying.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Main dish

Preparation time: 90 minutes

500 gr. green peas

200 gr. sour cream

500 gr. grinded meat

200 ml. tomato sauce

2 onions

50 gr. roasted bread crunches

30 ml. oil

Salt, pepper

Meatloaves with green peas

Preparation:

Shape meatloaves and roll them into bread crunches.

Place little oil, half of the green peas and chopped onion into roasting pot.

Add meatloaves on top and other half of green peas and chopped onion. Add tomato sauce, rest of the oil and some water.

Roast it into oven on 200 C for about 80 minutes.

Add sour cream on top and leave it into oven for additional 10 minutes.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Dessert

Preparation time: 30 minutes

2 bananas

2 table spoons brown sugar

100 gr. flour

1 pack baking powder

500 ml. oil

2 table spoons coconut flour

Banana cube cakes

Preparation:

Make bananas, sugar, flower and baking powder mixture.

Shape cubes from the mixture and drop them into hot oil.

Remove them from the oil when they get golden color.

Roll them into coconut flour.

This dessert goes well with coffee.
