<p>600 gr. pork cutlets</p>
<p>600 gr. cabbage</p>
<p>100 ml oil</p>
<p>1 tea spoon sugar</p>
<p>100 gr. onion</p>
<p>50 gr. tomato sauce</p>
<p>Salt, pepper</p>

<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<p>Beat the cutlets, rub them with salt and pepper and leave them for 30 minutes.</p>
<p>Cut the cabbage on stripes and salt a little.</p>
<p>Into heated frying pan with little oil add sugar. When sugar starts to melt add chopped onion.</p>
<p>When onion got brown color, add cabbage, 100 ml water and leave it to stew for a while.</p>
<p>Add tomato sauce. Stew until cabbage is softened.</p>
<p>Fry cutlets and serve them with cabbage.</p>
<p>This main dish goes well with red wine.</p>

<p>Cook potatoes into salted water.</p>
<p>Cook 3 eggs into salted water.</p>
<p>Cut the potatoes on stripes.</p>

<p>Grease the roasting pan. Place potatoes, sausages over them, than eggs and cheese stripes.</p>
<p>Add remained potatoes on top.</p>
<p>Make milk sauce mixing milk and remained cheese.</p>
<p>Pour it into roasting pan.</p>
<p>Cook it around 30 minutes on 200 C.</p>
<p>Serve it with leaves of green salad.</p>
<p>This recipe goes well with white wine.</p>

<p>Cut the potatoes on circles.</p>
<p>Place the potatoes into roasting pan. Add oil, salt, pepper and vegetable spice.</p>
<p>Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Roast for 30 minutes on 210 C.</p>
<p>Beat eggs and sour cream together.</p>
<p>Add ham stripes, parmesan and egg mixture on top of potatoes.</p>
<p>Roast it for additional 15 minutes until everything got reddish color.</p>
<p>This main dish goes well with red wine.</p>

<p>Preparation time: 70 minutes</p>
<p>7 egg whites</p>
<p>160 gr. sugar</p>
<p>150 gr. flour</p>
<p>70 gr. butter</p>
<p>50 gr. clean walnuts</p>
<p>1 lemon (juice and peel)</p>

<p><strong>Preparation:</strong></p>
<p>Into well bitted egg whites, with constant stir, slowly start to add sugar, flour, butter, and lemon juice and peel.</p>
<p>Place the mixture into greased cake shape.</p>
<p>Add crushed walnuts on top and bake it for 40 minutes on 180 C.</p>
<p>Serve it with sugar powder on top.</p>
<p>This dessert goes well with coffee.</p>

<p>Place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.</p>
<p>Serve cold bread slices with some green salad.</p>
<p>This appetizer goes well with white wine.</p>
