Salad for: 4 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

600 gr. eggplants

1 kg. red peppers

3 cloves of garlic

½ lemon juice

Salt, vegetable spice, olive oil

Peppers and eggplants salad

Preparation:

Cut eggplants on circles, rub them with salt and leave them for 15 minutes. Wipe the salt with paper.

Roast eggplants into oven on 210 C for 15 minutes.

Roast the peppers on same temperature for 20 minutes.

Clean cooled roasted peppers and cut them on stripes.

Mix peppers and eggplants, add chopped garlic, vegetable spice, lemon juice and olive oil. Mix everything well and cool it.

Salad for 4 – 6 persons

Preparation time: 25 minutes

1 kg. cucumbers

100 ml. sour cream

100 ml. yoghurt

Garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper

Cucumber and yoghurt salad

Preparation:

Cut cucumbers on stripes. Add salt, pepper and garlic.

Mix yoghurt, sour cream, salt and pour on top of cucumbers.

Mix everything and decorate with chopped red pepper

Serve cold into appropriate big glass.

Salad for 6 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

500 gr. tomatoes

250 gr. cucumber

150 gr. onion

300 gr. green peppers

50 gr. olives

200 gr. feta cheese

Olive oil, vinegar, oregano, vegetable spice

Greek salad

Preparation:

Cut tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, feta cheese, olives and onion on pieces.

Pour olive oil, vinegar, oregano, vegetable spice and mix everything well.

Serve it into salad dish.

This recipe goes well with ouzo.

Salad for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

600 gr. cooked beef

100 gr. onion

2 boiled eggs

100 ml olive oil

3 soup spoons vinegar

Vegetable spice, pepper, garlic

Beef salad

Preparation:

Cut beef on stripes

Cut onion and eggs on cubes, and onion on circles

Make salad sauce from vegetable spice, pepper, vinegar, olive oil and garlic

Pour salad sauce on top of all ingredients and mix well.

Serve it on salad dish decorated with young onion

This salad goes well with white wine

Salad for 4 persons

Preparation time: 25 minutes

1 pack pickles (around 300 gr.)

100 gr. corn

150 gr. red radicchio

100 gr. onion

4 soup spoons olive oil

1 soup spoon mustard

2 soup spoons vinegar

Salt, pepper, parsley

Pickles and radicchio salad

Preparation:

Cut pickles and radicchio into stripes

Cut onion

Take olive oil, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and parsley together and mix them well

Pour this mixture on top of pickles, radicchio and onion. Mix well

Serve it into salad dish
