Preparation time: 40 minutes

4 chicken legs

150 ml oil

3 tea spoons vegetable spice

4 soup spoons tomato sauce

For the rice:

300 gr. rice

40 gr. butter

50 gr. roasted almonds

Salt, pepper, parsley

Grilled chicken legs with rice

Preparation:

Remove bones from the meat. Rub the meat with vegetable spice and add oil. Leave it in oil for 30 – 60 minutes.

Beat the meat on both sides and roast it on the grill.

Add butter, vegetable spice, almonds, salt, pepper and parsley into cooked rice. Mix everything well.

Serve everything with tomato sauce.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Main dish

Preparation time: 90 minutes

500 gr. green peas

200 gr. sour cream

500 gr. grinded meat

200 ml. tomato sauce

2 onions

50 gr. roasted bread crunches

30 ml. oil

Salt, pepper

Meatloaves with green peas

Preparation:

Shape meatloaves and roll them into bread crunches.

Place little oil, half of the green peas and chopped onion into roasting pot.

Add meatloaves on top and other half of green peas and chopped onion. Add tomato sauce, rest of the oil and some water.

Roast it into oven on 200 C for about 80 minutes.

Add sour cream on top and leave it into oven for additional 10 minutes.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Main dish for: 4 persons

Preparation time: 90 minutes

1 chicken

Salt, pepper, parsley, vegetable spice

3 table spoons oil

20 gr. onion

30 gr. bacon

3 slices of bread

2 eggs

150 ml milk

Chicken stuffed with bacon and bread

Preparation:

Rub the chicken with salt from outside and with vegetable spice from inside.

Chop the bread on cubes and mix with milk. Chop onion, bacon and parsley.

Fry onion and bacon on heated oil and pour onto bread. Add eggs, parsley, salt, pepper and mix it well.

Pour the mixture inside of the chicken. Close the chicken with toothpicks.

Put the chicken into heated oven and roast it on 180 C for 1 hour.

Serve it with potatoes and salad.

This main dish goes well with white wine.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

4 pork cutlets (500 – 600 gr.)

2 tea spoons vegetable spice

2 table spoons oil

20 gr. butter

200 ml pineapple juice

600 gr. kiwi

Pork cutlets with kiwi

Preparation:

Rub the cutlets with vegetable spice.

Fry them on heated mix of oil and butter.

Remove the meat from the oil.

Into frying liquid add pineapple juice and stew for 5 minutes.

Add kiwis and stew for couple more minutes.

Serve the cutlets with kiwi sauce.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 80 minutes

400 gr. pack of frozen corn

300 gr. beef

300 gr. chicken fillets

200 ml sour cream

30 gr. butter

3 table spoons oil

150 gr. onion

Vegetable spice, salt, pepper, olives

Corn with beef and chicken

Preparation:

Cook corn, sour cream and butter on medium fire for 5 minutes.

Fry chopped onion on hot oil.

Add beef cubes, vegetable spice, pepper into fried onion. Stew 25 minutes.

Cut the chicken into stripes and place them into cooking pot with some oil. Add salt and beef with onion. Add olives and corn.

Roast into oven for 35 minutes on 200 C.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Preparation time: 25 minutes

400 gr. cleaned shrimps

1 egg white

100 gr. corn flour

100 ml. oil

2 table spoons white wine

1 table spoon vegetable spice

Preparation:

Sprinkle cleaned shrimps with wine.

Beat egg white; add corn flour and vegetable spice. Add shrimps.

Fry shrimps on heated oil.

Serve the shrimps with rice.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 35 minutes

600 gr. pork fillets

100 gr. ham

50 gr. flour

30 gr. butter

250 ml. sour cream

50 ml. white wine

1 tea spoon vegetable spice,

Parsley, salt

Pork fillets

Preparation:

Cut the fillets on stripes and beat a little.

Rub the fillets with some sour cream, place ham on top and roll it.

Rub the rolls with flour and vegetable spice.

Fry them a little on heated butter and add the rest of sour cream.

Add the rest of vegetable spice.

Leave it on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Right before the end pour the wine.

Serve it with potatoes and green salad.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 140 minutes

1,5 kg lamb

400 gr. onion

1 kg potatoes

Parsley, salt

For the sauce:

200 ml water

1 tea spoon vegetable spice

Irish lamb

Preparation:

Cut the meat into pieces.

Mix vegetable spice with water. Boil it. Sauce is ready.

Place meat pieces, onion and salt into deeper roast pot. Add parsley, potatoes and sauce.

Cover the pot with foil and roast it into heated oven for 2 hours on 180 C.

During roasting, if needed, add some water.

Serve it with some salad.

This recipe goes well with red wine.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 80 minutes

1 kg pork ribs

750 gr. sour cabbage

Oil, vegetable spice, laurel leaves, salt, pepper

Preparation:

Rub the ribs with vegetable spice.

Place them into appropriate roast pot, pour some oil, add laurel leaves and roast them on 180 C for 35 minutes.

Remove half roasted ribs and on same oil add chopped sour cabbage.

On top of cabbage place ribs, pour 100 ml water and roast everything for additional 30 minutes.

Serve everything on serving dish.

This recipe goes well with red wine.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

4 beef steaks

Oil, vegetable spice

For the sauce:

1 onion

3 cloves of garlic

1 tomato

1 tea spoon Tabasco sauce

2 tea spoons olive oil

3 tea spoons vinegar

Salt, pepper, parsley

Hot salsa

Preparation:

Mix garlic, onion, tomato, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, parsley and Tabasco sauce into electric blender and make the sauce.

Cool the sauce.

Rub beef steaks with vegetable spice on both spice and fry them.

Serve steaks with sauce and green peas or rice.
