Main dish

600 gr. pork cutlets

600 gr. cabbage

100 ml oil

1 tea spoon sugar

100 gr. onion

50 gr. tomato sauce

Salt, pepper

cabbage with pork

Preparation:

Beat the cutlets, rub them with salt and pepper and leave them for 30 minutes.

Cut the cabbage on stripes and salt a little.

Into heated frying pan with little oil add sugar. When sugar starts to melt add chopped onion.

When onion got brown color, add cabbage, 100 ml water and leave it to stew for a while.

Add tomato sauce. Stew until cabbage is softened.

Fry cutlets and serve them with cabbage.

This main dish goes well with red wine.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 40 minutes

700 – 800 gr. potatoes

40 gr. butter

150 gr. sausages

6 eggs

100 gr. white cheese

400 ml. milk

Salt, pepper

Potatoes and sausages

Preparation:

Cook potatoes into salted water.

Cook 3 eggs into salted water.

Cut the potatoes on stripes.

Cut the sausages and eggs on circles.

Grease the roasting pan. Place potatoes, sausages over them, than eggs and cheese stripes.

Add remained potatoes on top.

Make milk sauce mixing milk and remained cheese.

Pour it into roasting pan.

Cook it around 30 minutes on 200 C.

Serve it with leaves of green salad.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Main dish

Preparation time: 60 minutes

1 can yellow beans

1 egg

150 ml. milk

1 onion

1 clove garlic

1 carrot

100 gr. bacon

Red pepper, black pepper, vegetable spice

Preparation:

Fry chopped garlic, onion and carrot. Add chopped bacon.

After 5 – 10 minutes add yellow beans, mix well and fry couple minutes.

Add red and black pepper, vegetable spice.

Mix everything well. Remove from the heat.

Pour everything into roasting pan.

Beat egg and milk.

Pour on top of the yellow beans.

Roast on 200 C for 30 minutes.

This dish goes well with white wine.

Main dish

5 potatoes

300 gr. ham

Salt, pepper, vegetable spice

8 table spoons oil

3 eggs

½ tea spoon grinded parmesan

2 tea spoon sour cream

Potatoes with ham ; home cooking recipes

Preparation:

Cut the potatoes on circles.

Place the potatoes into roasting pan. Add oil, salt, pepper and vegetable spice.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Roast for 30 minutes on 210 C.

Beat eggs and sour cream together.

Add ham stripes, parmesan and egg mixture on top of potatoes.

Roast it for additional 15 minutes until everything got reddish color.

This main dish goes well with red wine.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 60 minutes

200 gr. cannelloni

350 gr. tomato sauce

500 gr. spinach

100 gr. onion

50 gr. butter

400 gr. white cheese

100 gr. grinded parmesan

1 tea spoon vegetable spice

Spinach cannelloni

Preparation:

Fry chopped onion and vegetable spice on heated butter. Add spinach and fry it for 5 – 10 minutes until spinach is soften. Add chopped white cheese.

Stuff cannelloni with spinach and cheese mixture.

Place all cannelloni into roasting pan.

Pour tomato sauce and parmesan on top.

Roast into heated oven on 200 C for 40 minutes.

Serve it with green salad.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 40 minutes

600 gr. turkey steaks

100 ml. milk

3 table spoons flour

1 egg

50 gr. roast bread crunches

For sauce:

200 ml. yoghurt

1 tea spoon mayonnaise

½ tea spoon vegetable spice

½ tea spoon muster

Fried turkey steaks with yoghurt sauce

Preparation:

Beat steaks and place it into milk for 30 minutes.

Mix egg, flour and bread crunches.

Put steaks into flour mixture.

Fry the steaks into heated oil 6-7 minutes on each side.

Mix yoghurt, vegetable spice, muster and mayonnaise. Sauce is ready.

Serve the steaks with sauce and lemon.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Main dish for 6 persons

Preparation time: 90 minutes

1 kg smoked pork ribs

2 kg potatoes

200 gr. yellow cheese

2 table spoons oil

Vegetable spice, salt, parsley

Smoked pork ribs with potatoes

Preparation:

Put ribs into heated water until boiled.

Cut potatoes on 4 pieces.

Place salted potatoes with ribs into greased oven pot. Add vegetable spice.

Roast on 200 C until potatoes and ribs are softened.

Add grinded cheese mixed with parsley and keep into oven for another 15 minutes.

This recipe goes well with red whine.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

500 gr. chicken filet stripes

50 gr. butter

1 table spoon oil

50 ml brandy

100 gr. onions

50 ml white wine

100 gr. fresh mushrooms (champignons or any others at will)

200 ml sour cream

Salt, pepper, vegetable spice

Chicken flambé

Preparation:

Rub chicken stripes with vegetable spice and pepper.

Fry them on oil and half of the butter until some color change. Remove the chicken from the frying pot.

In same pot fry chopped onions. Add chicken and brandy. Ignite and stir until flame is gone.

Add wine and stew for 15 minutes.

In other pot fry mushrooms and add sour cream. Add mushroom sauce on top of the chicken.

Serve it with noodles, rice or some pasta.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 45 minutes

600 gr. beef steaks

30 gr. flour

30 gr. butter

100 gr. almonds

1 soup spoon vegetable spice

50 ml water

100 ml sour cream

½ tea spoon cinnamon

Beef steaks with almond sauce

Preparation:

Rub beaten steaks with vegetable spice and with flour on the one side.

Fry the steaks on butter, from the floured side first. Stew them for 15 minutes adding water.

Remove the steaks from the heat and leave them in warm place. Place almonds and little water into steaks frying liquid and cook for several minutes.

Return the steaks into frying pot, add cinnamon and sour cream. Cook everything for 2 – 3 minutes.

Serve the steaks with sauce and green salad or any other salad.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time:

600 gr. turkey steaks

1 tea spoon flour

2 tea spoons vegetable spice

4 table spoons olive oil

3 tea spoons vinegar

1 tea spoon honey

½ tea spoon mint

Pepper, salt

Turkey steaks with mint

Preparation:

Rub bitten turkey steaks with vegetable spice and fry them until golden color.

Mix vinegar, honey, flour and mint. Pour the mixture on top of the steaks and stew for couple of minutes.

Add half glass water and stew for 10 minutes.

Serve turkey steaks with rice or noodles.
