Preparation:
Place the butter on heat.
In another pot, mix eggs and sugar. Add melted butter, vanilla, cinnamon and lemon peal. Mix everything well.
Start to add milk, flour and baking powder with constant stirring.
Add grinded apples and mix well.
On preheated waffle maker start to bake waffles until they are brown.
Throw some sugar powder on top.
This dessert goes well with coffee or with white wine.

120 gr. butter

50 gr. sugar powder
1 table spoon bread crunches
Preparation:
Heat the butter until it is liquid. Remove the pot from heat and add crushed chocolate. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Bit eggs, egg yolks and sugar. Add chocolate mix and bread crunches.
Place the mixture into greased and floured baking shapes. Bake all cakes for 15 minutes on 200 C.

50 gr. corn flour
1 orange
3 table spoons orange marmalade
Preparation:
Mix together yolks, sugar and vanilla.
Add corn flour and then start slowly to add bitten whites with constant stirring.
Pour the mixture into baking shape and bake it on 180 C for 15 minutes.
Mix orange marmalade and orange juice. Pour it on top of the baked omelet.

2 packs vanilla powder
1 pack baking powder
2 tea spoons grinded lemon peel
1 tea spoon grinded orange peel
1 tea spoon cinnamon
75 ml olive oil
2 oranges juice
2 table spoons brandy
250 gr. flour
100 gr. sugar
75 gr. almonds
Preparation:
Mix olive oil, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, lemon and orange peel, brandy and orange juice.
Add flour, chopped almonds and baking powder. Leave the mixture on cold for 2 hours.
Place the mixture into greasy baking pot and shape it at will.
Bake it on 180 C for 20 minutes.
Rub the cookies with sugar powder.

100 gr. flour
1 pack baking powder
500 ml. oil
2 table spoons coconut flour
Preparation:
Make bananas, sugar, flower and baking powder mixture.
Shape cubes from the mixture and drop them into hot oil.
Remove them from the oil when they get golden color.
Roll them into coconut flour.

1 pineapple can
1 whipped cream can
Preparation:
Mix yolks, sugar and butter.
Add walnuts and beaten whites. Stir couple a minutes. Pour the mixture into baking pot and bake it for 25 minutes on 180 C.
After it’s cooled, put on top biscuits, pineapple and pour pineapple syrup.
Add whipped cream on top.

4 tea spoons orange brandy
1 soup spoon sugar
400 ml yoghurt
250 ml sweet cream
100 gr. chocolate
Preparation:
Beat mixture of sweet cream, sugar, brandy and yoghurt.
Cut strawberries on half.
Mix strawberries with the cream. Sprinkle chocolate on top.
Serve it cool.

Take eggs, vanilla powder and sugar and mix it together. Add butter, soften chocolate, baking powder and flour. Mix everything well. Add chopped almonds.
Pour the mixture into dessert shape. Place some chocolate crunches on top and bake it into heated oven on 200 C for 25 minutes.

100 ml. water
1 pack vanilla powder
250 grinded carrots
1 lemon juice
2 coffee spoons of grinded lemon peel
2 coffee spoons of grinded orange peel
Decoration: 100 gr. sugar
Preparation:
Add sugar and vanilla powder into boiling water. Boil it until it’s partly stiff.
Add carrots, lemon juice and boil until it’s stiff.
Cool the mixture, add lemon and orange peel and make cubes.
Rub them with sugar.
