Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 20 minutes

1 kg. shrimps

4 garlic cloves

1 soup spoon lemon juice

Olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley

Shrimps with lemon

Preparation:

Clean shrimps from heads and legs.

On heated oil fry chopped garlic and shrimps until they get golden color.

Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and stew until dry.

Serve it on serving dish with roasted bread and chopped parsley.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Preparation time: 25 minutes

1 kg. shrimps

100 ml. olive oil

3 soup spoons bread crunches

1 soup spoon tomato sauce

250 ml. white wine

Garlic, parsley, vegetable spice

Shrimps on wine

Preparation:

Clean shrimps from heads and legs.

Add chopped garlic, parsley, bread crunches, tomato sauce, vegetable spice and wine on heated olive oil.

When it boils add shrimps and cook on low fire 15 minutes.

Serve it on serving dish with roasted bread.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

4 eggs

2 soup spoons mustard

100 gr. white cheese

Salt, pepper, young onion

Eggs with mustard

Preparation:

Cut eggs on half and remove yolks.

Mix egg yolks, cheese, mustard, salt and pepper until it’s homogenized.

Place mixture into egg whites.

Sprinkle with chopped young onion.

Serve it on appetizer dish with ham.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

500 gr. ricotta cheese

50 gr. hot peppers

Oregano, pepper, salt, olive oil

Roast ricotta

Preparation:

Place ricotta with chopped hot peppers, oregano, pepper, salt and olive oil into roast pot.

Roast it on 220 C for 15 minutes until ricotta gets golden color.

Pour some olive oil.

Serve it circle shaped, on appetizer dish with tomatoes.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

100 gr. ham

6 boiled eggs

100 gr. bacon

200 gr. white or yellow cheese

100 gr. radish

100 gr. young onion

50 gr. olives

Mustard

Cold appetizer

Preparation:

Cut eggs, ham, cheese, bacon on stripes (or shape it at will).

Cut radicchios and young onion on stripes.

Serve appetizer on serving dish decorated with radish, young onion and mustard.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 20 minutes

400 gr. green salad

2 pack of sardines

200 gr. tomatoes

100 gr. olives

90 gr. onion

For the sauce:

50 ml. water

50 ml. olive oil

2 tea spoons apple vinegar

Vegetable spice, pepper

Green salad with sardines

Preparation:

Remove sardines from can oil and cut on pieces.

Chop onion and tomatoes.

Add vegetable spice into water. Leave it for 10 minutes and then add oil and vinegar. Sauce is ready.

Mix green salad with sardines, onion, tomatoes, olives, pepper and sauce.

Serve it on serving dish.

Preparation time: 25 minutes

2 slices of bread

50 gr. white cheese

50 gr. smoked salmon

20 gr. walnuts

Butter, olives

 Salmon appetizer

Preparation:

Add some butter on bread.

Add salmon slice and cheese slice

Sprinkle chopped walnuts and put olive on top.

Serve it on serving dish decorated with green salad.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

200 gr. tomato sauce

8 slices bread

50 gr. olives

200 gr. mozzarella cheese

Roasted bread with tomato sauce

Preparation:

Place tomato sauce and olives on top of bread slices.

Cover it with mozzarella.

Put it into heated oven on 220 C for 10 minutes.

Serve it on serving dish with cucumber and tomato slices.

Appetizer for 6 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

12 slices bread

200 gr. edamer cheese

150 gr. roast bread crunches

150 ml milk

Oil

Edamer sandwiches

Preparation:

Cut the bread on triangle pieces and slice edamer.

Place slice of edamer between two slices of bread.

Immerse sandwiches into milk and then into bread crunches.

Fry them a little until it gets golden color.

Serve them on serving dish with some green salad and tomatoes.

Preparation time: 20 minutes

12 pieces of bread

60 gr. cheese cream

150 gr. tomatoes

90 gr. cucumber

100 cheese at will (gorgonzola)

4 tea spoons mayonnaise

Pepper

Club sandwich with cheese

Preparation:

Take bread slices and put thin layer of cream cheese

Add pepper and tomato slice

Cover it with slices of bread, cucumber, cheese, mayonnaise

Put another slice of bread on top, pin it with toothpicks and cut it diagonally on two triangles

Serve it on serving dish decorated with some salad and parsley
