Appetizer for: 6 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

350 gr. corn

150 gr. clean shrimps

1 clove of garlic

1 egg

100 gr. flour

Chili, salt, oil

Corn shrimps

Preparation:

Add shrimps, egg, flour, chili, salt and garlic into corn. Mix everything well.

Partly take from the mixture with table spoon, and place it into heated oil for deep frying.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 5 persons

800 gr. green peas (or 1 can)

100 gr. onion

2 eggs

Vegetable spice, oil, parsley

8 table spoons cereal flakes

100 gr. bread crunches

 Green peas and cereal flakes burgers

Preparation:

Blend green peas into electric blender

Add chopped onion, bitten eggs, vegetable spice, cereal flakes and parsley. Mix it well.

From the mixture make burgers, roll them into bread crunches. Fry them into hot oil.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 40 minutes

8 slices of bread

50 ml olive oil

4 tomatoes

200 gr. mozzarella

2 – 3 cloves of garlic

1 tea spoon vegetable spice

Preparation:

Roast the bread slices sprinkled with olive oil.

On top of the bread add slice of mozzarella and tomato.

Sprinkle chopped garlic and vegetable spice on top.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 6 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

200 gr. flour

1 pack baking powder

1 tea spoon curry

100 gr. grinded cheese

2 yolks

1 egg

4 table spoons milk

1 tea spoon mustard

2 table spoon peanuts

Salt, curry, chilly

Curry scones

Preparation:

Mix flour, baking powder and curry.

Add butter, cheese, yolks, milk, mustard, salt and chilly.

Make the dough into ball shaped form and leave it 1 hour in the fridge.

Press the dough into 0,5 cm high, spread beaten egg and chopped peanuts.

Shape the scones and bake it 20 minutes on 180 C.

Appetizer for 5 persons

Preparation time: 60 minutes

20 gr. fresh baker’s yeast

3 eggs

100 ml. olive oil

1/2 tea spoon sugar

1 tea spoon vegetable spice

200 ml. milk

300 gr. flour

80 gr. green olives

Parsley, salt

Preparation:

Mix yeast, sugar and little warm milk. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.

Beat eggs, add olive oil, vegetable spice, chopped parsley, salt and chopped olives.

Add yeast into eggs mixture.

Stir a little and with constant stirring add flour and the rest of warm milk.

Mix everything well and fill muffin paper shapes, a little more than half.

Bake the muffins into heated oven for 25 minutes on 180 C.

Serve warm muffins.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

300 gr. tofu

3 young onions

100 ml. water

200 gr. red peppers

500 gr. champignons

1 clove of garlic

Olive oil, vegetable spice

Tofu with vegetable

Preparation:

Fry chopped onion and peppers. Remove from the pot.

Into same pot fry champignons and add them to fried onion and peppers.

Fry tofu cubes and garlic.

Add onion, peppers and champignons to tofu. Add vegetable spice, olive oil and water.  Stew a little.

Serve it on serving dish with rice.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

700 gr. turkey fillets

20 gr. butter

60 gr. ketchup

2 cloves of garlic

500 gr. tomatoes

200 gr. mozzarella cheese

8 slices of roasted bread

Olive oil, vegetable spice

Turkey fillets with tomatoes and cheese

Preparation:

Rub fillets with vegetable spice and leave it for 30 minutes.

Place fillets into heated olive oil and butter and fry them on both sides for 8 minutes.

Chop garlic and mix it with ketchup.

Remove fillets from the heat. Rub fillets with ketchup and garlic mixture. Add on top on every fillet slice of tomato and mozzarella.

Return fillets on heat and cook them covered another 5 minutes.

Serve fillets with roasted bread and green salad on serving dish.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

800 gr. shrimps

2 gloves of garlic

2 tea spoons lemon juice

300 gr. pineapple

20 gr. butter

Olive oil, salt, pepper

Shrimps with pineapple

Preparation:

Clean shrimps and put on heated olive oil. Cover them and stew 15 minutes.

Right before the end add salt, pepper, chopped garlic and lemon juice.

Cut pineapple on cubes and fry them on butter, several minutes, until they get golden color.

Serve shrimps on serving dish with fried pineapple and green salad leaves.

1 kg. shrimps

4 garlic cloves

1 soup spoon lemon juice

Olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley

Shrimps with lemon

Preparation:

Clean shrimps from heads and legs.

On heated oil fry chopped garlic and shrimps until they get golden color.

Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and stew until dry.

Serve it on serving dish with roasted bread and chopped parsley.
