Main dish
Preparation time: 60 minutes
1 can yellow beans
1 egg
150 ml. milk
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 carrot
100 gr. bacon
Red pepper, black pepper, vegetable spice
Preparation:
Fry chopped garlic, onion and carrot. Add chopped bacon.
After 5 – 10 minutes add yellow beans, mix well and fry couple minutes.
Add red and black pepper, vegetable spice.
Mix everything well. Remove from the heat.
Pour everything into roasting pan.
Beat egg and milk.
Pour on top of the yellow beans.
Roast on 200 C for 30 minutes.
This dish goes well with white wine.
