300 gr. ham
Salt, pepper, vegetable spice
8 table spoons oil
½ tea spoon grinded parmesan
2 tea spoon sour cream
Cut the potatoes on circles.
Place the potatoes into roasting pan. Add oil, salt, pepper and vegetable spice.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Roast for 30 minutes on 210 C.
Beat eggs and sour cream together.
Add ham stripes, parmesan and egg mixture on top of potatoes.
Roast it for additional 15 minutes until everything got reddish color.
This main dish goes well with red wine.
