Appetizer for 10 persons

Preparation time: 60 minutes

250 gr. margarine

350 gr. flour

200 ml sour cream

1 pack baking powder

50 gr. white cheese

100 gr. sausages

1 egg

Preparation:

Mix flour, baking powder, margarine, salt and sour cream into homogenized dough.

Leave it in the fridge for couple hours.

Press the dough until thickness of half centimeter. Cut the star shaped pieces.

Place them into greased pan. Add mixed egg, sausage circles and grinded cheese on top.

Roast until dough receives golden color.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.
