Preparation time: 90 minutes

For the biscuit:

250 gr. roast grinded peanuts

250 gr. sugar

5 egg whites

2 packs vanilla powder

For the cream:

5 egg yolks

6 table spoons sugar powder

100 gr. chocolate

150 gr. margarine

Peanut cake

Preparation:

Place together egg whites, sugar and vanilla. Mix everything well.

Add 200 gr. peanuts with light stir.

Bake the mixture into baking shape 1 hour on 150 C.

Beat yolks, sugar powder, margarine and chocolate.

Place the cream on top of the biscuit. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts.

This recipe goes well with coffee.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

100 ml water

200 gr. sugar

120 gr. margarine

250 gr. grinded biscuits

100 gr. coconut flour

100 gr. chocolate

1 tea spoon rum

Coconut rhombs

Preparation:

Add sugar into heated water.

Add margarine with constant stir.

Add biscuits, coconut flour and rum with constant stir.

Place the mixture into baking shape.

Pour melted chocolate on top.

Cool it for 5 – 6 hours.

Cut it on rhombs.

This cake goes well with white wine or coffee.
