Preparation time: 70 minutes
7 egg whites
160 gr. sugar
150 gr. flour
70 gr. butter
50 gr. clean walnuts
1 lemon (juice and peel)
Into well bitted egg whites, with constant stir, slowly start to add sugar, flour, butter, and lemon juice and peel.
Place the mixture into greased cake shape.
Add crushed walnuts on top and bake it for 40 minutes on 180 C.
Serve it with sugar powder on top.
This dessert goes well with coffee.
