Appetizer for 8 – 10 persons

Preparation time: 45 minutes

2 crusty breads

200 gr. yellow cheese

120 gr. ham

150 gr. pickles

400 gr. pork liver pate

Pepper

Preparation:

Cut breads on both sides and remove soft part from inside.

Cut cheese, ham and pickles on cubes.

Mix everything with pate. Add pepper.

Feel the bread crust with mixture.

Place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Serve cold bread slices with some green salad.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.
