Preparation time: 60 minutes

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

4 cups sugar

2 cups oil

4 cups flour

2 cups semolina

250 ml yoghurt

1 pack baking powder

2 packs vanilla

1 kg peaches

Peach cake

Preparation:

Mix 2 eggs, 2 yolks, sugar and vanilla. Add yoghurt, oil, flour, semolina and baking powder.

Pour the mixture into greased baking shape. Place peaches on top.

Bake on 175 C about 35 minutes.

Add sugar powder on top of everything.

This cake goes well with coffee.
