Appetizer

Preparation time: 30 minutes

400 ml. milk

80 gr. butter

3 eggs

200 gr. semolina

150 gr. white cheese

2 soup spoons breadcrumbs

2 packs vanilla

Cinnamon, salt, sugar powder

Semolina noodles with cheese

Preparation:

Boil milk. Add butter and salt.

Add semolina and stir until hardened.

Into cold semolina add egg yolks and cheese. Beat egg whites and add to the semolina.

Shape cold semolina mixture into noodles. Cook them into salted boiled water for 10 minutes.

Add breadcrumbs into heated butter, vanilla and cinnamon mixture.

After several minutes roll the noodles into breadcrumbs.

Serve noodles with sugar powder on top.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.
