Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 40 minutes

600 gr. turkey steaks

100 ml. milk

3 table spoons flour

1 egg

50 gr. roast bread crunches

For sauce:

200 ml. yoghurt

1 tea spoon mayonnaise

½ tea spoon vegetable spice

½ tea spoon muster

Fried turkey steaks with yoghurt sauce

Preparation:

Beat steaks and place it into milk for 30 minutes.

Mix egg, flour and bread crunches.

Put steaks into flour mixture.

Fry the steaks into heated oil 6-7 minutes on each side.

Mix yoghurt, vegetable spice, muster and mayonnaise. Sauce is ready.

Serve the steaks with sauce and lemon.

This recipe goes well with white wine.
