Soup for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

500 gr. champignons

300 gr. potatoes

40 gr. onion

2 table spoons vegetable spice

2 table spoons corn flour

1 spoon oil

150 ml. sour cream

Salt, pepper

Champignons and potatoes soup

Preparation:

Fry chopped onion and champignons for 10 minutes.

Add 1 l water, vegetable spice and potatoes (cubes). Keep it on heat for 15 minutes until potatoes are softened.

Add corn flour and leave it until boiled. Add sour cream.

Salad for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

200 gr. rice

150 gr. champignons

3 green peppers

1 apple

1 tea spoon muster

2 tea spoons apple vinegar

5 tea spoons olive oil

Some sugar, salt and pepper

Rice, champignons and apple salad

Preparation:

Cook the rice into salted water.

Cook the champignons.

Chop the apple and peppers

Mix olive oil, muster, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.

Place rice, champignons, peppers and apple together. Pour the oil sauce and mix everything well.

This salad goes well with white wine.
