Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 45 minutes

600 gr. beef steaks

30 gr. flour

30 gr. butter

100 gr. almonds

1 soup spoon vegetable spice

50 ml water

100 ml sour cream

½ tea spoon cinnamon

Beef steaks with almond sauce

Preparation:

Rub beaten steaks with vegetable spice and with flour on the one side.

Fry the steaks on butter, from the floured side first. Stew them for 15 minutes adding water.

Remove the steaks from the heat and leave them in warm place. Place almonds and little water into steaks frying liquid and cook for several minutes.

Return the steaks into frying pot, add cinnamon and sour cream. Cook everything for 2 – 3 minutes.

Serve the steaks with sauce and green salad or any other salad.

This recipe goes well with red wine.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time:

150 gr. fresh spinach

60 gr. flour

3 eggs

300 gr. white cheese

2 tea spoons olive oil

1 tea spoon salt

1 tea spoon vegetable spice

½ pack baking powder

50 gr. grinded parmesan

Parsley

Spinach muffins

Preparation:

Chop spinach, salt it and leave it for 10 minutes.

Mix egg yolks with olive oil. Add parmesan, vegetable spice, white cheese and spinach.

Mix everything well. Add flour, baking powder and beaten whites.

Place the mixture into paper muffin shapes and bake it into roasted oven on 180 C for 25 minutes.

Place some parsley on top of each muffin.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.
