Appetizer for 5 persons

800 gr. green peas (or 1 can)

100 gr. onion

2 eggs

Vegetable spice, oil, parsley

8 table spoons cereal flakes

100 gr. bread crunches

 Green peas and cereal flakes burgers

Preparation:

Blend green peas into electric blender

Add chopped onion, bitten eggs, vegetable spice, cereal flakes and parsley. Mix it well.

From the mixture make burgers, roll them into bread crunches. Fry them into hot oil.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Salad for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

200 gr. clean shrimps

250 apples

100 gr. celery

150 gr. cucumbers

1 table spoon lemon juice

Parsley

For the sauce:

200 ml sour cream

100 gr. mayonnaise

Salt, pepper

Apple and shrimp salad

Preparation:

Cook shrimps in hot water for 15 minutes.

Cut apples and celery into cubes. Sprinkle them with lemon juice.

Cut the cucumbers into cubes.

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, salt and pepper.

Mix everything together.

Serve it cool.

This salad goes well with white wine.
