Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

4 pork cutlets (500 – 600 gr.)

2 tea spoons vegetable spice

2 table spoons oil

20 gr. butter

200 ml pineapple juice

600 gr. kiwi

Pork cutlets with kiwi

Preparation:

Rub the cutlets with vegetable spice.

Fry them on heated mix of oil and butter.

Remove the meat from the oil.

Into frying liquid add pineapple juice and stew for 5 minutes.

Add kiwis and stew for couple more minutes.

Serve the cutlets with kiwi sauce.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 6 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

200 gr. flour

1 pack baking powder

1 tea spoon curry

100 gr. grinded cheese

2 yolks

1 egg

4 table spoons milk

1 tea spoon mustard

2 table spoon peanuts

Salt, curry, chilly

Curry scones

Preparation:

Mix flour, baking powder and curry.

Add butter, cheese, yolks, milk, mustard, salt and chilly.

Make the dough into ball shaped form and leave it 1 hour in the fridge.

Press the dough into 0,5 cm high, spread beaten egg and chopped peanuts.

Shape the scones and bake it 20 minutes on 180 C.

This appetizer goes with white wine.

Soup for 4 persons

Preparation time: 40 minutes

500 gr. cauliflower

200 gr. green young garlic

100 ml sour cream

100 gr. carrots

20 gr. butter

2 tea spoons corn flour

Parsley, vegetable spice

Cauliflower cream soup

Preparation:

Cut the cauliflower, carrots and garlic into pieces. Put all of them into salted boiling water.

Boil for 15 minutes and add chopped parsley.

Mix cooked vegetables and little boiling liquid with electric blender.

Put blender content, vegetable spice and butter into 700 ml water. Cook several minutes.

Mix sour cream and corn flour. Add into the soup and cook for another several minutes.

Serve the soup with roasted bread.
