Appetizer for 5 persons

Preparation time: 60 minutes

20 gr. fresh baker’s yeast

3 eggs

100 ml. olive oil

1/2 tea spoon sugar

1 tea spoon vegetable spice

200 ml. milk

300 gr. flour

80 gr. green olives

Parsley, salt

Preparation:

Mix yeast, sugar and little warm milk. Leave the mixture for 5 minutes.

Beat eggs, add olive oil, vegetable spice, chopped parsley, salt and chopped olives.

Add yeast into eggs mixture.

Stir a little and with constant stirring add flour and the rest of warm milk.

Mix everything well and fill muffin paper shapes, a little more than half.

Bake the muffins into heated oven for 25 minutes on 180 C.

Serve warm muffins.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.
