Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 40 minutes

400 gr. macaroni

400 gr. tomatoes

300 gr. eggplants

2 cloves of garlic

Olive oil, vegetable spice, parsley, salt, pepper

Pasta Siciliana

Preparation:

Cut eggplants on cubes, salt them and leave them for 30 minutes.

Cut tomatoes on cubes.

Fry chopped garlic on heated oil for a while. Add eggplants and stew for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, chopped parsley, pepper and vegetable spice. Stew everything for 15 minutes.

Mix boiled macaroni into sauce.

Serve everything with grinded parmesan.

This recipe goes well with wine.

Main dish for: 4 persons

Preparation time: 60 minutes

500 gr. squids

100 ml. oil

100 gr. carrots

100 gr. onions

2 cloves of garlic

1 tea spoon flour

1 tea spoon curry

Vegetable spice

Curry squids

Preparation:

Clean the squids and fry them for a while on hot oil. Remove them from oil.

Into same oil fry chopped carrots, onions and garlic. Remove the vegetables.

Return the squids into frying pot, add flour, curry, vegetable spice and little water.

Mix everything well and stew for a while.

Serve everything on serving dish with some rice.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Main dish for 8 persons

Preparation time: 2 hours

2 kg. beef

60 gr. bacon

3 cloves of garlic

2 kg. potatoes

Oil, pepper, salt, vegetable spice, parsley

Beef roll

Preparation:

Chop bacon, parsley and garlic, add vegetable spice and mix everything well.

Take the meat. Beat it a little and add salt and pepper. Add bacon mixture and roll it. Wrap it.

Grease roast pot and add potato stripes, salt and pepper.

On top of potatoes place beef roll and cover it with foil.

Place into heated oven on 200 C. When the roll is half roasted, flip it and leave it into oven. Whole roasting time is about 90 minutes.

Cut it and serve it on serving dish, with potatoes and salad.

This recipe goes well with red wine.

Salad for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

250 gr. squashes

200 gr. red peppers

250 gr. eggplants

200 gr. mozzarella

Vegetable spice, pepper, olive oil

For the sauce:

3 soup spoons olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

1 tea spoon vinegar

pepper, parsley

Fried vegetable with mozzarella salad

Preparation:

Cut squashes, eggplants and peppers on long stripes. Rub them with vegetable spice and sprinkle with oil.

Fry prepared vegetables.

Mix olive oil, chopped garlic, vinegar and pepper. Sauce is ready.

Place mozzarella pieces on top no hot fried vegetables and sprinkle them with sauce.

Serve it on serving dish with some parsley.

This salad goes well with white wine.

Dessert

Preparation time: 50 minutes

150 gr. sugar

100 ml. water

1 pack vanilla powder

250 grinded carrots

1 lemon juice

2 coffee spoons of grinded lemon peel

2 coffee spoons of grinded orange peel

Decoration: 100 gr. sugar

Carrot cubes

Preparation:

Add sugar and vanilla powder into boiling water. Boil it until it’s partly stiff.

Add carrots, lemon juice and boil until it’s stiff.

Cool the mixture, add lemon and orange peel and make cubes.

Rub them with sugar.

This dessert goes well with coffee or with white wine.

Main dish for 6 persons

Preparation time: 110 minutes

1 kg. octopus

1,5 kg. potatoes

150 ml olive oil

5 cloves of garlic

Salt, pepper, parsley, vegetable spice

Homemade Octopus

Preparation:

Boil octopus into water until softened.

Add potatoes cut on half and vegetable spice. Boil for 30 minutes.

Cut the octopus on pieces and serve it on serving dish. Add potatoes and pour boiling liquid on everything. Add chopped garlic, parsley, pepper and salt. Mix it.

Serve it with slices of lemon.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Salad for 5 persons

Preparation time: 60 minutes

1,5 kg. lobster

6 cloves of garlic

1 lemon

Parsley, salt, pepper, mustard, olive oil, olives

Preparation:

Cut boiled lobster on cubes.

Make mixture from chopped garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice and olive oil.

Pour the mixture over lobster, mix a little and cool it.

Serve it on serving dish with lemon and olives.

This salad goes well with white wine.

80 gr. young onion

Lemon juice (half lemon)

Salt, pepper

Spinach salad

Preparation:

Chop spinach and salt it.

Add chopped young onion, lemon juice and pepper. Mix it slowly.

Serve it on salad serving dish.

This salad goes with fish or barbecue and white wine.
