Soup for 6 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

4 soup spoons oil

100 gr. bacon

1 onion

500 gr. champignons

400 gr. potatoes

2 cloves of garlic

1.2 l water

200 ml. sour cream

Pepper, laurel leave, vegetable spice

Champignon soup

Preparation:

Fry bacon (cubic parts) together with chopped onion. Add pieces of champignons, pepper, laurel leave, place cover and stew on medium fire for 10 – 15 minutes.

Add potatoes (cubic parts), garlic, vegetable spice and pour hot water.

Cook on medium fire for 15 minutes and right before the end add sour cream. Leave it on fire until it boils.

Serve it hot on soup serving dish with black bread.
