Main dish for: 4 persons

Preparation time: 45 minutes

600 gr. beef steaks

20 gr. butter

200 ml water

Vegetable spice

For the sauce:

1 onion

1 avocado

2 cloves of garlic

Pepper, parsley, olive oil

50 ml. sour cream

50 ml. white wine

Avocado beef steaks

Preparation:

Fry steaks on hot butter on both sides. Add some vegetable spice on them and stew them for 25 minutes with adding of water. Remove steaks from the heat.

Into same frying pot add chopped onion and avocado. Add some water and stew for 10 minutes.

Mix fried onion and avocado, garlic, pepper and parsley into electric blender.

Pour the blender sauce into same frying pot; add some water, vegetable spice, olive oil, wine, sour cream and steaks. Cook everything for a while.

Serve it on serving dish with potatoes and green salad.

This recipe goes well with white wine.
