Main dish for 4 persons

600 gr. pork meat
50 ml. oil
1 lemon
Salt, pepper, flour, butter, parsley, vegetable spice
100 ml white wine
150 ml. sour cream

Preparation:
Cut the meat on 12 pieces. Beat them a little, rub them with vegetable spice and salt and sprinkle them with part of the lemon juice. Leave them for a while.
Rub them with flour and fry them on the floured side. When meat gets some color on both sides, pour the wine and leave it to stew.
Right before wine is gone, add sour cream, rest of the lemon juice, pepper and vegetable spice.
Stew it for a while. In the end add butter.
Serve it on serving dish with lemon cubes and parsley on top with potatoes.
This recipe goes well with white wine.
