Preparation time: 1 hour
360 gr. flour
1 pack baking powder
1 pack vanilla powder
250 ml. coffee
4 eggs
150 gr. sugar
50 ml. brandy
Cinnamon, salt
For decoration:
1 egg
40 gr. chopped almonds
Sugar powder
Preparation:
Beat eggs, salt, sugar, vanilla powder, coffee and brandy. Add baking powder and cinnamon. Mix everything well.
Pour the mixture into cake shape and bake it 35 minutes on 180 C.
Several minutes before cake is baked rub the cake with 1 beaten egg, chopped almonds and bake it for couple a minutes.
Cool the cake cut it on stripes and rub it with sugar powder.
This cake goes well with coffee or tea.
