Dessert

Preparation time: 30 minutes

2 eggs

110 gr. sugar

60 ml. oil

150 ml. peach fruit yoghurt

220 gr. flour

1 pack baking powder

Salt, butter

4 soup spoons peach marmalade

Peach muffins

Preparation:

Beat eggs and sugar with electric mixer until stiffen. Add oil, yoghurt, flour, baking powder and some salt. Mix well.

Grease muffin shapes and pour ¾ of volume. On every shape add some marmalade.

Bake into heated oven on 180 C for 25 minutes.

Serve it into paper muffin shapes.

This dessert goes well with coffee.

Soup for 6 persons

Preparation time: 40 minutes

600 gr. butternut squash

300 gr. potatoes

80 gr. onion

2 garlic cloves

100 ml. sour cream

1,5 l water

3 tea spoons lemon juice

Butter, vegetable spice

Butternut squash cream soup

Preparation:

Fry chopped onion on butter. Add chopped squashes and stew a little.

Add chopped potatoes, 1 l water, vegetable spice and cook for 20 minutes.

Add chopped garlic.

Add rest of the water, sour cream and lemon juice. Stew a while until everything is homogenized.

Serve it on soup serving dish with some mozzarella cheese.
