Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 2 hours

1 kg. beef meat

2 carrots

30 gr. celery root

1 scallion

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

Salt, pepper, parsley, vegetable spice, laurel leave

Preparation:

Place the meat into boiling salted water and leave it to cook on medium fire.

Chop carrots, parsley, celery, scallion and onion. Add all vegetable, laurel leave, vegetable spice and pepper into boiling water. Cook it for 2 hours.

When meat is softened, remove from the liquid.

Cut the meat and place it on serving dish. Pour some cooking liquid on top and add parsley.

Serve it with vegetable at will.

This recipe goes well with white wine.
