Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

300 gr. rice

300 gr. cleaned shrimps

50 ml. olive oil

50 ml. oil

40 gr. butter

3 cloves of garlic

30 ml brandy

150 ml. white wine

200 ml. sour cream

Salt, pepper, vegetable spice, parsley

Shrimp rice

Preparation:

Place rice to boil into salted hot water. Cook rice by half and remove from the water. Save the cooking liquid.

Fry chopped garlic on hot oil a while. Add shrimps and salt. Stew a little bit. Add brandy, fire it up and then extinguish with wine.

Leave it to boil. Add rice and vegetable spice and stew it with adding rice cooking liquid.

When it’s nearly done add sour cream, butter, chopped parsley and pepper. Mix everything well.

Serve it on serving dish with some grinded parmesan.

This recipe goes well with white wine.
