Dessert
Preparation time: 60 minutes
250 gr. flour
120 gr. butter
1 egg
150 gr. sugar
20 gr. coconut flour
Preparation:
Mix butter and flour. Add sugar, eggs and coconut flour.
Leave mixture into fridge for 1 hour.
Shape cold mixture in shapes at will.
Bake them on heated oven on 180 C for 20 minutes.
This dessert goes well with tea or coffee.
