Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 20 minutes

600 gr. beef steak

20 gr. butter

400 gr. small tomatoes

Salt, pepper, olive oil

Beef steaks on olive oil

Preparation:

Place beef steak into foil and put it in the freezer.

Cut frozen meat on pieces.

Rub them with salt and pepper.

Fry them on olive oil. Right before the end add butter.

Serve the meat on serving dish with small tomatoes.

This recipe goes well with red wine.
