Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

500 gr. pork meat

500 gr. beef meat

4 onions

2 peppers

2 eggplants

Vegetable spice, oil

Kabobs with vegetable

Preparation:

Cut the meat on cubes, rub it with vegetable spice and leave it for 30 minutes.

Cut onions, eggplants and peppers into pieces.

Stick meat, vegetable, meat, vegetable ….. on wooden stick for every kabob.

Rub kabobs with oil and grill them.

Serve them on serving dish with fried potatoes and tomato sauce.

This recipe goes well with beer.
