Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

800 gr. shrimps

2 gloves of garlic

2 tea spoons lemon juice

300 gr. pineapple

20 gr. butter

Olive oil, salt, pepper

Shrimps with pineapple

Preparation:

Clean shrimps and put on heated olive oil. Cover them and stew 15 minutes.

Right before the end add salt, pepper, chopped garlic and lemon juice.

Cut pineapple on cubes and fry them on butter, several minutes, until they get golden color.

Serve shrimps on serving dish with fried pineapple and green salad leaves.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.
