Preparation time: 50 minutes

400 gr. milk powder

400 gr. coconut flour

300 gr. sugar

250 gr. butter

1 pack vanilla powder

150 ml water

100 gr. hazelnuts

60 gr. biscuits

Raffaello dessert

Preparation:

Boil water, sugar and vanilla powder. Remove from the heat and slowly start to add and mix milk powder, half of coconut flour and grinded biscuits.

Leave the mixture to cool a little and add butter. Mix well and place the mixture into the fridge.

Shape the balls and place one hazelnut on each.

Rub the balls into coconut flour.

This dessert goes well with coffee.
