Preparation time: 25 minutes

750 gr. beef steaks

1 onion

Salt, pepper, oil, garlic, red pepper

Romanian beef steak

Preparation:

Rub steaks with salt and pepper and fry on both sides for 5 minutes

On heated oil fry chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper.

Serve it on serving dish with garlic and onion.

This recipe goes well with red wine.
