Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 90 minutes

700 gr. beef

150 gr. carrots

50 gr. celery root

500 gr. cabbage

80 gr. onion

1 pepper

40 gr. butter

50 gr. grinded parmesan cheese

Beef with vegetable

Preparation:

Place beef on deeper pot.

Add chopped carrots and celery, vegetable spice and enough water to cover the ingredients.

After it boils, cook it on medium fire for 40 minutes.

Add chopped onion, cabbage, pepper, and leave it on fire for 20 minutes.

Cut the meat on desired shape.

Serve it on serving dish with cooked vegetable. Pour melted butter and grinded parmesan on top.

This recipe goes well with red wine.
