Dessert
Preparation time: 40 minutes
400 gr. potatoes
150 gr. white cheese
100 gr. flour
2 eggs
30 gr. sugar
1 pack vanilla powder
Lemon peel, salt, oil
Preparation:
Mix grinded potatoes, cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla powder, flour and lemon peel.
Mix everything well.
Shape it and fry on hot oil.
Serve it on serving dish with some marmalade.
This dessert goes well with white wine.
