Soup for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

1 l tomato sauce

2 tea spoons olive oil

1 onion

1 hot pepper

250 gr. corn

200 gr. sour cream

Celery, pepper, salt, vegetable spice, roasted bread crunches

Tomato soup

Preparation:

Fry chopped onion until it gets some golden color. Add tomato sauce, vegetable spice, celery, pepper and cook for 10 minutes.

Add pressed corn and cook for 5 minutes. Add some pepper and salt.

Beat sour cream.

Serve it on soup serve dish decorated with beaten sour cream and roast bread crunches.
