Main dish for 4 persons
Preparation time: 30 minutes
600 gr. chicken fillets
3 tea spoons vegetable spice
3 tea spoons lemon juice
1 tea spoon grinded lemon peel
3 eggs
80 gr. grinded yellow cheese
50 gr. sunflower seeds
3 soup spoons flour
Oil, parsley
Preparation:
Rub chicken fillets with vegetable spice and pour lemon juice on them. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Beat eggs; add cheese, sunflower seeds, parsley, lemon peel and some vegetable spice. Sauce is ready.
Rub chicken fillets with flour and immerse into egg sauce. Fry them on both sides for 5 minutes.
Serve it on serving dish with cooked rice, vegetable or green salad.
This recipe goes well with white wine.
