Soup for 6 persons

Preparation time: 40 minutes

30 gr. butter

150 ml. sour cream

1 kg potatoes

1,7 l water

500 gr. spinach

150 gr. onion

Vegetable spice, Lemon peel, salt, garlic

Spinach soup

Preparation:

Fry chopped onion and garlic on butter.

Add 1 l water, chopped potatoes, lemon peel and vegetable spice. Cook it for 15 minutes until potatoes are softened.

Cool it. Mix ingredients with electric blender.

Return the mixture into same pot and boil it.

Add chopped spinach, remaining water, salt and cook it 10 minutes.

Add sour cream.

Serve it on soup serving dish, with white cheese.
