Preparation time: 40 minutes

100 gr. sugar

200 ml. water

250 gr. strawberries

2 tea spoons lemon juice

Frozen strawberries

Preparation:

From sugar and water make sugar syrup. Cool it.

Place strawberries into electric blender and mix them with sugar syrup and lemon juice.

Put it into freezer 2 – 3 hours.

Serve it into deeper cooled glasses decorated with chocolate.

This dessert goes with old white wine.
