Dessert for 4 persons
Preparation time: 20 minutes
1 kg pineapple
25 gr. sugar
25 gr. butter
1 pack vanilla powder
Chopped almonds
Preparation:
Cut the pineapple to smaller pieces.
Mix sugar and vanilla powder and rub pineapple pieces.
Fry pineapple 30 seconds on each side, on heated butter.
Serve it on dessert dish with chopped almonds
This recipe goes well with white wine.
