Salad for 4 – 6 persons

Preparation time: 25 minutes

1 kg. cucumbers

100 ml. sour cream

100 ml. yoghurt

Garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper

Cucumber and yoghurt salad

Preparation:

Cut cucumbers on stripes. Add salt, pepper and garlic.

Mix yoghurt, sour cream, salt and pour on top of cucumbers.

Mix everything and decorate with chopped red pepper

Serve cold into appropriate big glass.

Soup for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

450 gr. green peas

100 gr. carrots

20 gr. butter

500 ml. water

1 soup spoon flour

2 tea spoons vegetable spice

100 ml. sour cream

Salt, pepper

Green peas soup, home cooking recipes, home cooking soup

Preparation:

Place green peas, chopped carrots with some water into cooking pot.

Cook it into microwave on media power 10 – 15 minutes.

Blend cooked green peas and carrots together with cooking liquid.

Add vegetable spice, salt, pepper, butter, flour and water into blended vegetable pot.

Cook all content up to 5 minutes.

Serve into soup dish with some sour cream.

This soup goes well with white wine.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

300 gr. rice

Parsley

For shitake sauce:

150 gr. shitake mushrooms

50 gr. onion

200 ml. sour cream

2 soup spoons lemon juice

Olive oil, garlic, vegetable spice, pepper

Shitake rice

Preparation:

Boil rice and add chopped parsley

Cut shitake on slices.

Put them on heated olive oil. Add chopped onion and pepper and leave them to stew until dry.

Add chopped garlic, lemon juice, vegetable spice and sour cream. Mix it well and cook it together for a while.

Serve it on serving dish with rice, decorated with green salad.

This recipe goes well with white wine.

Appetizer for 2 persons

Preparation time: 25 minutes

2 slices of bread

50 gr. white cheese

50 gr. smoked salmon

20 gr. walnuts

Butter, olives

 Salmon appetizer

Preparation:

Add some butter on bread.

Add salmon slice and cheese slice

Sprinkle chopped walnuts and put olive on top.

Serve it on serving dish decorated with green salad.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Main dish for 2 persons

Preparation time: 40 minutes

200 gr. beef meat

2 onions

1 tea spoon sour cream

2 tea spoons vegetable spice

4 tea spoons flour

60 ml. water

Oil, salt

Beef with onion

Preparation:

Rub sliced beef with flour and sour cream and leave it for 30 minutes.

Fry meat into heated oil. Add vegetable spice and some salt. When meat is partly softened remove it from heat.

Into same oil fry chopped onions.

Add meat, water and remained flour and vegetable spice.

Cook until meat is fully softened.

Serve it on serving dish with rice and chopped parsley.

This recipe goes well with red wine.

Dessert

Preparation time: 30 minutes

100 ml. milk

125 gr. coconut flour

200 gr. sugar

50 gr. butter

Grinded lemon peel

Coconut cake

Preparation:

Into hot milk, add coconut flour, sugar, butter and lemon peel. Mix it well and shape like ball.

Place the mixture into square dessert dish and cool it.

Cut it on pieces.

This dessert goes well with coffee.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 70 minutes

400 gr. grinded meat

2 slices of bread

1 p. onion

2 p. garlic

500 gr. potatoes

100 ml. oil

4 peppers

3 tomatoes

Salt, pepper, oregano, vegetable spice, parsley

Roasted burgers

Preparation:

Add bread, chopped onion, garlic, salt and pepper into grinded meat.

Shape the burgers.

Fry burgers on both sides. Remove them from oil.

Into same oil place chopped peppers, tomatoes, oregano, vegetable spice and fry a little more. Sauce is ready.

Place previously fried potatoes (on stripes) into roasting pot.

Add burgers and pour sauce with 100 ml water.

Roast into heated oven on 180 C for 20 minutes.

Serve it into serving dish decorated with parsley and tomatoes.

Appetizer for 4 persons

Preparation time: 20 minutes

200 gr. tomato sauce

8 slices bread

50 gr. olives

200 gr. mozzarella cheese

Roasted bread with tomato sauce

Preparation:

Place tomato sauce and olives on top of bread slices.

Cover it with mozzarella.

Put it into heated oven on 220 C for 10 minutes.

Serve it on serving dish with cucumber and tomato slices.

This appetizer goes well with white wine.

Preparation time: 30 minutes

500 gr. tomatoes

250 gr. cucumber

150 gr. onion

300 gr. green peppers

50 gr. olives

200 gr. feta cheese

Olive oil, vinegar, oregano, vegetable spice

Greek salad

Preparation:

Cut tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, feta cheese, olives and onion on pieces.

Pour olive oil, vinegar, oregano, vegetable spice and mix everything well.

Serve it into salad dish.

This recipe goes well with ouzo.

Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

1 tea spoon butter

60 gr. onion

150 ml white wine

150 gr. chestnut puree

200 ml. sour cream

Salt, pepper, parsley

350 gr. spaghetti

Spaghetti with chestnut sauce

Preparation:

On heated butter fry chopped onion, add white wine, salt and stew a little.

Add chestnut puree, sour cream, pepper and let it boil. Sauce is ready.

Pour sauce on top of boiled spaghetti.

Serve it on serving dish decorated with parsley.

This recipe goes well with white wine.
