Preparation time: 60 minutes

3 eggs

150 gr. sugar

1 pack vanilla powder

1 pack baking powder

200 ml. yoghurt

150 ml. oil

230 gr. flour

Grinded lemon peel

Yoghurt cake

Preparation:

Beat eggs and vanilla powder with electric mixer until it’s homogenized.

Add yoghurt, oil, lemon peel, flour and baking powder. Mix it well.

Pour mixture into greased cake shape.

Bake it into heated oven on 180 C for 40 minutes.

Remove the cake from shape, cool it and sprinkle with sugar powder.

This dessert goes well with coffee.
