Main dish for 4 persons
Preparation time: 30 minutes
200 gr. flour
2 eggs
30 ml. beer
600 gr. chicken fillets
Vegetable spice
Preparation:
Into deeper pot mix beaten eggs, flour, vegetable spice and beer. Leave mixture for 10 minutes. Sauce is ready.
Cut chicken fillets into stripes and rub it with vegetable spice.
Immerse chicken fillets into sauce and fry.
Serve it on serving dish decorated with green salad.
This recipe goes well with white wine.
