Soup for 4 persons

Preparation time: 50 minutes

100 gr. smoked bacon

100 gr. celery root

3 potatoes

1 leek

2 carrots

1 onion

2 chicken soup cubes

200 ml. sour cream

Salt, pepper, butter, garlic

Leek soup

Preparation:

Chop bacon into small cubes. Chop celery, potatoes, carrots, leek, onion and garlic.

Fry bacon on heated oil. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, leek, onion and garlic.

Stew for some time; add soup cubes and 1 l water. Leave it to stew.

When vegetables are softened, add salt, pepper, butter and sour cream. Mix everything well.

Serve it in soup dish decorated with parsley.
