Main dish for 4 persons
Preparation time: 30 minutes
600 gr. chicken steaks
2 tea spoons vegetable spice
250 ml. sour cream
50 gr. grinded yellow cheese
Oil, pepper.
Preparation:
Cut chicken steaks into slices and rub them with vegetable spice on both sides. Leave it for 30 minutes.
Fry steaks on heated oil on both sides for 5 minutes.
Remove chicken steaks from frying pot and place them into cooking pot.
Add sour cream, grinded yellow cheese, pepper and cook on 250 C for 10 minutes.
Serve it on serving dish with cooked vegetable and decorated with parsley.
This recipe goes well with white wine.
