Main dish for 4 persons

Preparation time: 30 minutes

300 gr. rice

Parsley

For shitake sauce:

150 gr. shitake mushrooms

50 gr. onion

200 ml. sour cream

2 soup spoons lemon juice

Olive oil, garlic, vegetable spice, pepper

Shitake rice

Preparation:

Boil rice and add chopped parsley

Cut shitake on slices.

Put them on heated olive oil. Add chopped onion and pepper and leave them to stew until dry.

Add chopped garlic, lemon juice, vegetable spice and sour cream. Mix it well and cook it together for a while.

Serve it on serving dish with rice, decorated with green salad.

This recipe goes well with white wine.
