Main dish for 2 persons

Preparation time: 40 minutes

200 gr. beef meat

2 onions

1 tea spoon sour cream

2 tea spoons vegetable spice

4 tea spoons flour

60 ml. water

Oil, salt

Beef with onion

Preparation:

Rub sliced beef with flour and sour cream and leave it for 30 minutes.

Fry meat into heated oil. Add vegetable spice and some salt. When meat is partly softened remove it from heat.

Into same oil fry chopped onions.

Add meat, water and remained flour and vegetable spice.

Cook until meat is fully softened.

Serve it on serving dish with rice and chopped parsley.

This recipe goes well with red wine.
